Das erwartet Dich

  • Du unterstützt die Neu- und Weiterentwicklung sowie die Wartung unserer Softwarelösungen und Cloud-Services in den Bereichen Monitoring und Observability.

  • Du berätst unsere nationalen und internationalen Kunden in Anwendungsfragen und bei technischen Anliegen zu unseren Produkten über unser Ticketsystem.

  • Du analysierst die Serviceanfragen unserer Kunden zu unseren Softwareprodukten, stellst Fehlerszenarien nach und erarbeitest Lösungsvorschläge in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Produktentwicklung.

  • Du stellst die Einhaltung der Service-Level-Vereinbarungen im Kundensupport sicher.

  • Du pflegst und erweiterst die Wissensdatenbank unserer Produkte.

  • Du unterstützt unser QA-Team beim Testen von Fehlerkorrekturen und Features im Rahmen neuer Produkt Releases.

Das wünschen wir uns

  • Ausbildung im Bereich Informatik (oder MINT-Fächern) und idealerweise erste
    Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung

  • Erfahrung im Support von Softwareprodukten

  • Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung

  • Begeisterung für neue Herausforderungen und zielorientierte Umsetzung von Lösungen

  • Kommunikationsstärke in Deutsch und Englisch

  • Teamgeist, Kreativität und Spaß an Problemlösungen
