Interview with Hendrik Siegeln

Hendrik Siegeln, one of the two founders and managing director of Integration Matters, explains the background to the merger and addresses questions of particular interest to Integration Matters customers.

Why did Integration Matters make a conscious decision to merge with Salesfive?

We have been helping companies digitize their business processes for 18 years. With the right integration strategy, we achieve that, for example, patients can be
faster and better care, orders are reliably delivered within 24 hours, more sustainable products are created, and great innovations are possible.

We believe that with our deep technical understanding and extensive industry expertise, combined with Salesfive's customer intimacy and extensive Salesforce knowledge, we can create many more personalized, connected experiences that delight and make a real difference in people's lives. That's why Salesfive is the perfect partner for us to take the next step in our growth.

How do customers benefit from this partnership?

combination of both topics. Due to our close partnerships with Salesforce and MuleSoft, our offerings complement each other perfectly. We are significantly expanding our offering to provide our customers with holistic advice on the topic of digital transformation, ensure successful implementation, and also support operations.

Thanks to the merger, our customers will have access to significantly more resources
and 300 specialists are available to our customers, enabling us to realize digital visions even better and faster. At 9 locations in the DACH region (Berlin, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Hattingen, Stuttgart, Munich, Vienna, Zurich), we offer our customers short distances to regional teams.

Will there be any organizational changes for customers?

Nothing will change for our customers. Integration Matters will continue to operate as an independent company under the familiar name and management. All customers will retain their personal contact persons, billing will remain the same and, of course, all existing contracts and agreements will continue to apply.

Will the merger have an impact on the technologies offered?

No. While we are convinced of the efficiency and flexibility of MuleSoft's API-led architecture, especially in conjunction with Salesforce solutions. However, we will always decide on an individual basis which technologies are best and fastest to implement the customer's digital vision. We also support customers who rely on other integration technologies. Our customers can continue to rely on our neutral view.

tools - from individual project management methods and developer tools to observability solutions such as nJAMS.

What are Integration Matters' future plans?

Our vision so far has been to become the GoTo integration partner in Europe. We can now think this vision even bigger. Together with Salesfive, we want to become the leading partner for digitization in Europe.

We will consistently align our service offering with the needs of our customers - just as we have always done. And we will continue to be a long-term strategic integration partner for our customers, taking responsibility, relieving the burden on IT teams and creating scope for innovation for our customers. This has always been the source of our success.

Together with Salesfive, we have a much stronger presence in the market and our observability solutions such as nJAMS will also benefit from the expanded sales power.
