The application process
Congratulations. Your documents have convinced us. In a 15-minute video call, we would like to get to know you and your personality in a relaxed conversation. We talk about your goals to see if and how we could support you.
We invite you to our headquarters in Hattingen. Here you can get a comprehensive picture of us. You will meet the first team members of your department and one of our managing directors. Hendrik or Abdelghani will introduce you to our culture and answer all your questions.
Within a few days you will receive personal feedback. If we both would like to work together, your buddy will introduce himself to you immediately after signing the contract. He or she will accompany you during the onboarding process. Everything will be prepared for your start. We are looking forward to meeting you.
