The application process
We like it straightforward and to the point. That's why we make our application process as simple as possible. We review your application and provide feedback within the first 10 working days.
1. Video Call
Congratulations. Your documents have impressed us. We would like to get to know you and your personality in an informal 15-minute video call. We will talk about your goals to see if and how we can help you achieve them.
2. Job Interview
We invite you to our headquarters in Hattingen. Here you can get a firsthand impression of us. You will meet initial team members from your department and one of our managing directors. Hendrik or Abdelghani will introduce you to our corporate culture and answer all your questions.
3. Welcome on Board
You will receive personal feedback within a few days. If we both want to work together, your buddy will introduce themselves to you immediately after signing the contract. They will accompany you during the onboarding process. Everything will be prepared for your start. You can be sure: We are looking forward to welcoming you.
